Quality Policy

We, at Sierra Aircon PVT. LTD., are committed to good lab practice, complying to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and to the quality of testing as per customers’ specifications and traceable to National and International standards to their utmost satisfaction.
We shall achieve this through a process of continual improvement in all areas of testing, giving emphasis on training of all personnel concerned with the testing activities within the Laboratory. Personnel will also be familiarized with the quality documentation and implementation to maintain competence in their work.
